Family Day at the Museum

Bring the whole family to the Douglas County Historical Society for a fun-filled afternoon at the Carson Valley Museum & Cultural Center!

Enjoy inspiring Young Chautauqua performances, followed by an award ceremony and reception honoring our talented young participants. Kids can explore the museum with a scavenger hunt, “Find Bugsy,” special kids’ activity pages, and hands-on discovery throughout our exhibits.
